OCVLC attorney Yazmin Wadia represents survivor in landmark victims' rights case.

OCVLC Staff Attorney, Yazmin Wadia, represented domestic violence survivor Dana Parks. The Oregon Supreme Court ruled that Multnomah County Circuit Judge Kenneth Walker violated a crime victim's constitutional right to be heard when he prevented her from finishing her impact statement at the sentencing of her abuser.
